1. Overview

Coast Clear is a mobile application designed to allow users to report and view shark sightings. By using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use.

2. Subscription

Coast Clear offers an optional auto-renewable subscription that removes advertisements.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

3. License Agreement

This app is licensed, not sold, to you. Your use of the app is subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement.

4. User Responsibilities

• Use the app lawfully
• Do not submit false or misleading information
• Do not misuse or disrupt the service

5. Informational Use Only

Coast Clear provides user-submitted information and is intended for general awareness only. Accuracy is not guaranteed.

6. Limitation of Liability

Coast Clear is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from use of the app. Use is at your own risk.

7. Advertisements

The free version of the app includes advertisements. These may be removed via subscription.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any updates.
